Shipping Policy

At Sequence Solar, we know you need reliable Victron Energy equipment fast — whether you're building an off-grid system, outfitting an RV or van, or powering critical applications. As the dedicated solar and off-grid division of Sequence Engineering, with warehouses in Marysville, Ohio and Spartanburg, South Carolina, we ship premium, authentic Victron products quickly and safely across the United States.

Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items at our Ohio or South Carolina warehouses: Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET typically ship the next business day.
  • Our website displays real-time stock levels from our warehouses in Ohio and South Carolina as well as from Victron’s distribution centers in Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, GA. Some items are stocked at these Victron distribution centers.
  • When an item is not available in our Ohio or South Carolina warehouses and must be fulfilled from a Victron distribution center in Los Angeles or Atlanta, please allow an additional 2–3 business days to the overall delivery timeline.
  • We prioritize fulfillment from our own warehouses whenever possible to provide the fastest shipping.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Out-of-stock or special-order items: We will contact you promptly with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers and select the best method based on your order’s size, weight, and destination:

  • UPS or FedEx Ground — Standard for most orders (small to medium packages).
  • UPS/FedEx Expedited (2-Day or Overnight) — Available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
  • Freight / LTL — Used for large, heavy, or palletized shipments (e.g., multiple batteries, large inverter/chargers, or complete systems). These shipments may require a commercial address, loading dock, or liftgate service (additional fees may apply).

Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on weight, dimensions, selected method, and delivery location. You will always see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Free Shipping

Free ground shipping is available on qualifying orders over $500 to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

Orders containing large lithium batteries, oversized items, or those requiring freight shipping may still incur shipping charges even if the order total exceeds $500. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded from the free shipping threshold. The final shipping cost (including any free shipping eligibility) is clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (Contiguous U.S.)

  • Ground shipping: Typically 3–7 business days
  • 2-Day expedited: 2 business days
  • Overnight: Next business day (where available)

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary due to carrier schedules, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Note: When items are sourced from Victron’s distribution centers in Los Angeles or Atlanta rather than our own warehouses in Ohio or South Carolina, expect delivery to take an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard estimates above.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time due to regulatory requirements for lithium batteries and other products.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses when the carrier allows. Some larger or heavier items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and may require a street address.

Lithium Batteries & Special Handling Items

Many Victron products, especially our LiFePO4 (lithium) batteries, are classified as hazardous materials for shipping.

  • All lithium batteries are packaged and labeled in full compliance with DOT and carrier regulations.
  • Additional handling or hazmat fees may apply.
  • Some residential deliveries or certain carriers may have restrictions. In these cases, we may contact you to arrange delivery to a commercial address, terminal pickup, or alternative solution.
  • Lead-acid and AGM batteries also require special handling.

If you have questions about shipping batteries or large equipment to your specific address, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking in your Sequence Solar account or by contacting our customer service team.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

All shipments are insured.

  • Damaged packages: If possible, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. Do not discard the original packaging. We will work with the carrier on a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Lost packages: We will file a trace with the carrier. Replacements or refunds are generally processed after the carrier’s investigation period.

Backorders & Pre-Orders

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with the expected restock and ship date. You may choose to wait on backorder, cancel the item, or select an alternative. We work hard to keep popular Victron items in stock.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, please contact us right away if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are generally not possible.
